UNPLASTICIZED PVC PIPES

Rigid PVC pipes are recommended for drainage, in technological instalations, for the transport of liquids with non-corrosive action against PVC, fittings, accesories.
The pipes are clasified according to the nominal preassure in three types :

Appearance :

The pipes are straight, with circular cross section and ends cut perpendicularly to the axis; the outer and inner surface of the pipes are smooth, free of cracks, porosity or inclusion of impurities; slight waves are admitted.

Colour :

Sizes :

Length 4 +/- 0,05 m

Packing of tubes :

The pipes with a diameter up to 40 mm are delivered in bundles tied with a resistant thread, in three places.
The pipes with a diameter higher than 40 mm are delivered in bulk.

The storage and transport of tubes :

The pipes are stored in covered spaces or far away of direct UV action.
The storage temperature is recommended to be from +50C up to +400C. The pipes stored below +50C must be kept min. 24 hours at a temperature of +150C .. +250C, before being used.
The pipes are kept in horizontal gunracks, stowed at a max. height of 0,75 m.
The transport of pipes is done in covered means of transport, taking into account all above recommandations, concerning their arrangement.
